Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations are non-transferable. We reserve the right to cancel reservations at any time for any reason, including if we suspect breach of these Terms. 

Pricing and Payment  

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Full payment is due at the time of the event unless otherwise agreed.

Menu Changes  

Menus are subject to change based on seasonal availability of ingredients. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions disclosed in advance, but cannot guarantee all requests.

Media Release

By attending our events, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in any video, photograph or other digital media in any manner or medium, without compensation to you.

Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully and lawfully at our events. We reserve the right to remove any participants engaging in inappropriate, offensive, illegal or disruptive behavior.  

Limitation of Liability

Bite Me Eatery is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or attendance at our events. 

Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold Bite Me Eatery harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses and costs arising from your violation of these Terms or attendance at our events.
